Moonrise Wishes U.S. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Moonrise Wishes. All orders from Moonrise Wishes are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at hello@moonrisewishes.com.

Where We Ship
Moonrise Wishes is pleased to provide domestic and international shipping options depending on the product. 

Physical products such as books, journals, prints, and notebooks are shipped to USA and Canada. Moonrise Wishes offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Physical products such as backpacks, that are sent to you from the production facility itself, are currently only offered for consumers in the USA only. Physical products that are fragile in nature are not shipped. They are sold to local customers only for pickup.

Digital products are emailed as digital downloads and have no shipping options.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Moonrise Wishes has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Shipping Promotions
We love to celebrate events and reward customers with occasional shipping promotions. This may include free or discounted shipping on your order. Please be aware that discounts on shipping or offers of free shipping are often temporary or conditional and may or may not apply to returns and exchanges. Damages and issues

Please reach out to us via email for specific issues related to damaged goods. We will access it on a case-by-case basis. We may offer returns of damaged goods that were damaged upon arrival. The customer will be required to pay for shipping it back to us. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, You will need to ship it to us. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
